Thys is a Director of the Keymax Group and oversees all investment, financial and legal aspects of the group’s business.

Thys was previously employed in corporate environments, gaining invaluable experience in financial and investment management. Since 2014 he has managed various aspects of the business focusing on the growth of the Keymax Group and has a true dedication to investor prosperity. Thys applies the Keymax Group's proven commercial property investment fundamentals and hard earned industry experience to every investment. He also has first-hand experience in project managing commercial and residential projects within the construction industry.

Thys is a qualified Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business in Financial Management and is a responsible manager in respect of the Licensee’s AFSL.

Jan is the Chairman of the Keymax Group of Entities.

Jan obtained a BSc Engineering (Mechanical) degree in 1980. He also held a Fidelity Certificate from The Estate Agency Affairs Board of South Africa.

Prior to pursuing a full-time property development career, he was the Managing Director of Jolly Jumbo Pty Ltd, a food and drink manufacturing company that employed approximately 150 employees. Jolly Jumbo supplied all the supermarket groups in South Africa with various Branded and House brand products. This gave him a diverse insight into the property requirements of the food and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry as well the locations and layout of Shopping Centres.

During this time he developed a property portfolio of around 30 000sq.m spanning 20+ factories with tenants including King Pie Central Kitchen, Rein Oil (edible oils), Unique Flavours, and Pro Africa Foods etc. of which the many is still owned by himself and a friend.

His practical abilities are matched with his academic qualifications and relationship skills; from employees to managing directors of national companies.

Jan moved to Australia in 2010 and has since successfully acquired and developed properties in excess of A$80+ million, as can be seen in our portfolio.

Victor brings over a decade of experience in the property industry, having successfully managed a diverse range of leasing and sales transactions—from small strata-titled units to large freestanding industrial assets and everything in between.

He is committed to achieving exceptional outcomes in every engagement, with a strong emphasis on clear, efficient communication and maintaining outstanding relationships with all stakeholders. Victor’s comprehensive industry knowledge and extensive experience have equipped him with the skills to effectively manage the Leasing operations and tenant Fitout requirements of the Keymax portfolio, as well as identify, assess, and secure new assets and development opportunities to support the group’s continued growth.

Victor holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration.

Brian Buchanan has a BSc (Hons) Construction Management degree (Awarded the 2001 Grinaker-LTA prize for: Best student in the subject Construction Management 510/520) as well as an Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) & over 20yrs construction experience working on 3 continents (Australia, UK & South Africa) having completed 85+ projects with a combined value of circa $300+ million.

Robert brings a diverse background in project management, finance, and construction. With a Bachelor of Accounting and a Graduate Diploma in Project Management, he has gained experience across manufacturing, accounting, professional services, IT, and construction. Robert spent 2.5 years project co-ordinating three circa $30 million fit-out projects for a mid-tier professional services firm prior to joining Keymax.

Robert focuses on delivering Keymax Constructions projects leveraging people, processes, and technology to achieve exceptional outcomes, while maintaining good relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.

Carmen is an experienced finance and administration professional with a comprehensive background in managing accounts payable and receivable, trust accounting, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting in the Construction and Property industries. She is highly motivated, structured, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to streamline processes and maintain accuracy under pressure. Known for her organisational skills and proactive approach, Carmen thrives in both collaborative environments and independent roles. Her commitment to precision, efficiency, and high-quality service makes her a valued contributor to the Keymax team.

Letisia is the Financial Accountant for Keymax Property Group is responsible for overseeing all financial and reporting aspects of the group's business. With over 10 years of experience managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in both the commercial and public sectors, Letisia brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Before moving to Australia, she spent four years gaining valuable experience in the property investment and development industry in New Zealand.

Letisia is a qualified Professional Accountant with an Honours degree in Financial Accounting.

Outside of work, Letisia is a dedicated wife and mother of two, with a deep passion for family, faith in Christ and the outdoors. She enjoys spending time with loved ones, especially over a BBQ and creating lasting memories.

Having made the move from a local residential agency, Leanne joins Keymax with over 20 years experience in property management and leasing.

She has a broad understanding and in-depth knowledge into the property management process and systems and strives to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders. Leanne is driven to deliver the best outcome for all parties involved.

Originally from New Zealand, Kirsten relocated to Australia in 1988. With over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry—including 19 years specialising in residential property management—She has built a career founded on a strong commitment to customer service and sales excellence. As a Property Manager, Kirsten oversees five buildings that accommodate a diverse range of businesses. Kirsten thrives on the dynamic nature of property management, embracing its challenges and the opportunity to assist clients in a wide variety of situations.
