Keymax Asset Management Pty Ltd ("KAM") is a Property Investment, Development and Funds Management company established in 2017 to provide clients of Keymax Property Group with specific property opportunities.

With a head office based in Queensland, Australia, KAM is the manager and trustee for all Keymax property funds and is the holder of Australian Financial Services Licence Number 495804.

KAM's investment expertise has been developed as a result of it's Directors & Senior Management's many years of expertise in the areas of property development and investment. KAM delivers wealth for its investors through the purchase of quality property assets, hands-on asset administration, and identification and realisation of a value-add potential. The KAM team has operated across a broad spectrum of property sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, residential, medical and hospitality.


The KAM objective is to facilitate an appropriate structure for private wholesale clients to invest in a range of property investments, and our management team with an in-depth knowledge of the property market, has a successful track record in investment and development, and maintains strong property industry relationships.

How It Works

KAM identifies strategic property investment opportunities and establishes either an Income Fund or Development Fund (Growth Fund).

Income Fund: Acquire established income producing asset with consistent income distributions & capital growth potential.
Development Fund (Growth Fund): Acquire land with specific development opportunity & substantial capital growth potential.

The investment term generally ranges between 4 to 6 years.

KAM investment opportunities are restricted to sophisticated wholesale or professional investors starting at a minimum investment of $100,000.
ASIC defines a wholesale investor as (you must meet at least one of the following criteria):
A) persons who have earned a gross income of at least $250,000 in each of the last two financial years (as confirmed by an accountant); or
B) persons who have net assets of at least $2.5million (as confirmed by an accountant); or
C) persons who invest a minimum of $500,000.
D) Sophisticated Investors. These are people who do not fit into one of the above categories but who can demonstrate significant experience and knowledge in relation to investing in property.
