Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotional offer is valid for any commercial properties available for lease with Keymax Property Group.
  2. The referrer and the referee will be eligible to receive this promotion, upon the referee entering a fully executed lease contract on an available property for the required term*
    *The eligible contract term for this promotion is 3 years minimum for a commercial tenancy, and 2 years minimum for serviced offices.
  3. The referrer and referee must mention this offer, and will both be required to sign a Referral Form from Keymax, confirming the referral recipients once the contract is signed.
  4. The referrer and referee’s $1000 VISA Gift Cards will be activated and provided within 20 days of the execution date on the lease contract.
  5. This promotion is valid between 29 June 2020 and 27 November 2020 unless extended by Keymax Property Group at our discretion.
